Senior Art Director

LDN

Who We're Looking For

Someone who wants to make killer creative that can have an impact and look super sick at the same time. Cultural relevance is key. You’ll have interests and passions beyond work to bring different experiences and perspectives to a range of briefs. As our Senior Art Director, you’ll be the lightning rod for big ideas, bold campaigns, and boundary-pushing visuals that actually makes people feel something (or double-take, or click, or cry—in a good way). Working as part of a 10+ creative team, you’ll support across the MOX portfolio of brands and projects, ranging from tentpole campaigns to fame-building activations. If you’re ready to work across a mad range of projects for some of the best brands in the world, spend your days turning strategy into story, lead with vision not ego, and still get your hands dirty when the idea calls for it—this is the place for you.

Creative Director

LA/NYC

Who We're Looking For

Someone who wants to make killer creative that can have an impact and look super sick at the same time. Cultural relevance is key. You’ll have interests and passions beyond work to bring different experiences and perspectives to a range of briefs. You'll lead the creative output of our MOX US team. Brand campaigns, activations, the work that actually gets talked about. Partnering with the Executive Creative Director, you'll set the standard across accounts, push the thinking further than clients expect, and make sure the team has the space and direction to do their best work. The range here is real: one week you're shaping a global brand platform, the next you're building something that earns headlines. Strategy, craft, and storytelling all live in the same sentence. You lead with conviction, stay humble enough to edit your own ideas, and still want to be in the room when the best work gets made. Then this is the place for you.

  • Provide strategic and creative leadership on key client accounts, ensuring all output is on brief, on brand, and culture-shaping
  • Develop and articulate strong creative concepts that span across TV, digital, social, print, OOH, experiential, and emerging platforms
  • Inspire and challenge a crew of talented art directors, copywriters, and designers—push their thinking, back their instincts, and help ensure their best work comes to life
  • Take the stage in client meetings and pitch rooms presenting ideas with confidence
  • Partner with Strategy, Account Management, and Production to guide creative development from concept to execution
  • Ensure creative work aligns with brand strategy, business objectives, and industry best practices
  • Oversee quality control and creative consistency across all campaigns and touchpoints.
  • Identify and nurture creative talent, conduct reviews, and support professional development.
  • Stay plugged into culture, tech, design, and what’s next—so we don’t just follow trends, we start them

Qualifications

  • 10+ years working at a creative agency ideal – but that’s not set in stone
