Flannels had nearly 40 years in luxury retail and almost no story to show for it. A 35-plus customer base, little style aspiration, and big growth plans that needed a younger audience to work.

Brief

We built Youth-phoria. A platform born from the beauty, freedom, romance, and rebellion of being young. A world the brand could express itself through, speaking to a generation it had never reached.

The Outcome

We delivered two years of storytelling across 220+ stills. 30+ pieces of AV. Driving an 11% lift in brand awareness and 16% uplift in brand attribution, told across TVC, OOH, retail, social, PR, and editorial.
